RARE!! VINTAGE 1970 Alvarez Yairi Classical Model 5036 in Jupiter, FL

Here is a Near Mint (8/[removed phone] Vintage Alvarez Yairi Classical Guitar Model 5036. It has an extremely rare, unique to each Yairi, Moorish carved headstock. Signed by the master builder Kazou Yairi. This is before they became a CY model.. It morphed into a CY130 in later years. Solid Spanish cedar top with Indian Rosewood back and sides. Mahogany neck. It has been stored in a AC closet for years. It is in unbelievable shape, and the sound to match. Very little info on the web. Most inquiries are by me. I had 3 emailed appraisals, which I still have. Low $450-$600, Mid $900.00 . And a collectors value at $3500. I am asking 999.00. I will email the appraisal if you like.
